Full Wedding Planning

Collaborate with wedding and reception venue managers to manage the overall process.
Generaloversight of all vendors.
Weprovideadetailed timeline of the wedding day to all participating vendors and the bride and groom.
Finalconfirmation of all vendors and details 1-2 weeks before the wedding.
Supervise and coordinate the entire situation until the end of the wedding.
Initial Consultation I Do clients are contacted by their assigned coordinator to discuss general event details. Clients are also provided on our Preferred Vendor list to assist with research and eventual selection of all vendors, including tent and materials, catering, dessert, staffing, floral and design, entertainment, officiant, and other vendors. It is important to note that clients select their own vendors under this coordination service.
Vendor Confirmation Upon receipt of all vendor information, the I Do coordinator will contact every vendor to confirm arrangements. The coordinator will discuss the details of the client’s event and any specific needs of each vendor. If necessary, vendor arrangements to visit the property will also be made at this time.
Layout and Design I Do coordinators provide clients with a map of the selected venues, the layout of the event within each venue, and notes detailing design, as necessary. The Layout and Design are delivered well in advance of the event date to allow time to discuss and revise any final details.
Event Timeline I Do coordinators provide clients with a full event timeline that includes: (i) event set-up times, (ii) a detailed timeline of the event from start to finish, including all important program elements, and (iii) event take-down times. The Event Timeline is also delivered well in advance of the event to allow time to discuss and revise any final details. Prepare and provide a draft timeline to a detailed timeline to suppliers and service providers and the bridal party.
Final Walk Through I Do coordinators will conduct a final walk-through with clients the week of the event. At this time, final timeline details are discussed, and clients may deliver any special favors or decorations to the property. Rehearsals, if needed, are also held the week of the event or the day of the event.
Day-Of Coordination On the day of the event, the I Do coordinators are on-site to manage and direct event set-up, the Event Timeline, and event take-down. I Do coordinator has the support of one or two coordination assistants and a venue manager to assist with any questions or concerns related to the Layout and Design and Event Timeline.
Unlimited consultations via email, text, Kakaotalk, and/or telephone.
Assistance with budget and breakdown of costs.
Findandarrange all suppliers and service providers.
Management and coordination with Ceremony and Reception location personnel.
Visit the ceremony and reception location before Wedding Day.
